cherry tomato and rosemary focaccia

Juicy cherry tomatoes and fragrant rosemary top this focaccia I served for lunch today at my house.

I always keep pizza and focaccia dough in the fridge and freezer to use anytime for an easy to make snack or a light lunch. I like it thin and crispy with just a few ingredients on top. Sometimes just a swirl of olive oil and sea salt do the trick.


I have a pizza stone, but much prefer to use a baking mold and parchment paper to bake the focaccia. It is just easier.
