garden roses { for cakes }


For the Rose Vanilla cakes I try to use only 
roses from my own garden. This way I can cut them
when they are half open and refrigerate them
to then use on the cake I'm working on.
Roses add a touch of elegance to any cake design.




It’s the fragrance, high petal count and rosette bloom shape
that is what commonly characterizes garden roses
and differentiates them from standard roses as well
as what makes them a popular choice for weddings and events.



With elegance, romance and nostalgia woven into every bloom,

We have pink and red too, but my favorite color
is this ivory with a touch of yellow.
