a little bit of this and that


It is not easy to find most of the things I need for cooking here in Uganda.
Grains like farro, red quinoa, and barley are some of the things I bring when I travel and use them on special occasions.

Last week we had guests from overseas and two dinner parties in the garden. We barbecued, made some salads and mouth watering desserts.
