I made this baby alpaca crochet shawl for my grandmother.
She taught me how to knit since I was 8 years old.
I do not see her very often since she lives in Costa Rica, but whenever I can I make something for her... especially shawls and scarves.
She is 92 years old. I miss her terribly.
My mom came to visit us from Costa Rica last week and left yesterday afternoon. I played tourist for a week walking around Washington with her. I also took her to Middleburg and Leesburg.

Thank you! My mom took it with her to Costa Rica and will give it to my grandmother next Friday. I wish I could give it to her personally, but sure she will love it!
