alla checca

Today I made pasta alla checca. An uncooked sauce of tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic, mozzarella cheese, red wine vinegar and salt. You just have to cook the pasta. It is always better to make the sauce a few hours in advance so the flavors can fully develop.

  4. I had pasta this evening without the red wine vinegar and added roasted turkey to my dish. I have to try out the vingear next time. That looks soooo delicious!
